a note for new customers: i take 1/2 payment upfront, and 1/2 after my first sketch! if you are paying through nitro, you will need to pay upfront.
commission process

-> if paying for a scene, a description of atmosphere/environment is helpful✦ sign confirmation of agreement✦ will create a sketch, and then take payment (bank transfer for australian citizens, or kofi/nitro for international)✦ 2-5 work in progress sketches/screenshots, depending on commission’s complexity✦ negotiation of commercial usage/illustrators rights require additional fees✦ late-stage major changes require additional fees

refund/cancellation policy

usage of work
✦ i reserve the right to use my work, including WIPs and other preliminary materials, in my social media/portfolio✦ if you do not wish for me to post WIP check-ins, or the completed work, an additional fee must be paid✦ i may commercialise commissions of fanart/public domain characters. I will not sell merchandise featuring original characters, unless specified✦ unless specified, the client cannot use my work commercially (e.g. reselling, merchandise)✦ commissioned works may be used by the client as an icon, header/banner, wallpapers, or any form of personal customisation. unless specified, they may not be used by non-clients.✦ commissioned works may be uploaded to the client’s platforms and websites, as long as proper credit (links or @) is clear and visible.✦ editing commissioned works is not permitted, but cropping for use as icons, headers, etc is okay! if you wish to edit the commission for personal use (e.g. adding decorations, using a twitter ribbon function, etc) please confirm with me first✦ commissioned works are forbidden from being used as non fungible tokens (NFTs), or in AI datasets✦ failure to comply will result in platform-based reports and/or DCMA claims filed against them and blacklisting
